Leanne Duncan

Leanne Duncan has contributed to state education for 30 years, beginning her career in the Capricornia region in Queensland which led to coaching and leading professional development for literacy advisors in schools. She returned to the Brisbane Lockyer valley and Metropolitan area after completing two masters with a focus on guidance and counselling. During this time, Leanne worked in a variety of contexts leading to the practice of Inquiry after visiting schools in British Columbia. Leanne has a strong curiosity and passion for educating with impact and has travelled to multiple settings and worked with colleagues internationally to her knowledge of education that makes a marked difference to the lives of individuals. Leanne was previously principal at Grovely State School and part of their extraordinary community for the past 14 years.
